Environmental Impact Analysis / CEQA Practice | The California Environmental Quality Act

(CEQA) is one of California’s most significant environmental laws. The law requires state and local agencies to analyze the environmental impacts of a proposed project and adopt feasible alternatives and mitigation measures to substantially reduce significant impacts. Our practice is setup to help our clients obtain clearances through an exemption, negative declaration/mitigated negative declaration, or a full environmental impact report.
