We understand land use and what it takes to obtain governmental approvals for most contemplated development projects. Through our large network of development professionals, we can help our partners assemble a team of consultants and lead the effort to obtain entitlements.

Environmental Impact Analysis / CEQA Practice | The California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) is one of California’s most significant environmental laws. The law requires state and local agencies to analyze the environmental impacts of a proposed project and adopt feasible alternatives and mitigation measures to substantially reduce significant impacts. Our practice is setup to help our clients obtain clearances through an exemption, negative declaration/mitigated negative declaration, or a full environmental impact report.
